Capstone East has a unique rhythm of "Scattered and Gathered" church.
On the first Sunday of every month, Capstone East joins Capstone West for a church-wide gathering. This time includes worship, prayer, teaching and programming for kids.
On the other Sundays, East meets in the neighbourhood of Forest Lawn. These Sundays includefor a meal, spiritual conversation, and expressing God's kingdom through hospitality, invitation and spiritual family.
